Just taking about home kits, take the codhead shirt -
Whilst the logos are numerous and with little uniformity of shape, they blend in without the distraction of colour.
The Cas shirt -
Lots of logos in clashy colours, but there's a balance of uniformity, positioning and mirroring to it that doesn't itch my eyeballs too much.
Wakey shirt -
Its a great looking shirt with the edge taken off it by a chaotic logo mix of clashing colours, eclectic shapes/designs and poor positioning.
Would be hard to pull those together.
Yeah, course I'd still wear it.
The sponsors want their logos to be noticed, they hardly care if the shirt looks a bag'o'rubbish, so designers will walk a fine line between the sponsorship parameters that have been agreed and designing a shirt that will sell in numbers.
I'm just saying the wakey shirt is pretty good but both the codheads and cas have made a better job of accommodating the crap..
