No matter which side of the P&R argument one comes from (and it's one issue where I can honestly claim to be right on the middle of the fence), I don't think anyone should confuse correlation with causation on this. Regardless of whether attendances go up or down this year I couldn't take seriously any argument that said "see, I told you you" with respect to the effect of P&R. WAY too many other factors to draw any conclusion.
