Why is he "dynamic" Albert?
First, his name is
ALIBERT, not Albert!
Second, he is dynamic because he makes his decisions without hesitation, even if he decides to go to the video referee. There is no "umming" and "ahh-ring" before deciding, such as we see too often from other referees.
Third, he is mostly right in his final decisions, far more so than the insufferable man from St Helens.
Furthermore Thierry Alibert is a Frenchman in a primarily English environment. He has adapted splendidly, without any need to try to separate himself from the others. Perhaps that is because he has made the effort to speak English fluently. He has risen rapidly through the ranks, and is positioning himself to become eventually recognised as the world's number one refereee.
That is what I call dynamic.
Thierry Alibert is a man we can all admire!
