It will make a mockery of licensing to have a team lose every game in a season. It's alright to say they are building for the future, but they could have done that in NL1, couldn't they.
I think the RFL have done this too early and risk alienating the Welsh public with a team of losing Aussies.
To be fair, if there was no licensing then Celtic would probably still be in SL this season anyway as we expanded the league to 14, and they were the play-off runners-up.
No matter what team went up as the 14th team, they would still have struggled IMO. It's what happens when you increase the league numbers. They'll start to come good eventually, that I have no doubt.
