i have based that on living in bradford for years, what evidence do you base your assertions on?

Did you actually read that source? That source doesn't support the assertion. It is all about the formation of BARA, the British Asian Rugby Association, which has shown no evidence of recruiting anyone to rugby league. It is mostly interested in supporting Asians in rugby union anyway.
