No-ones saying it is. But I can't remember a club chairman doing so, certainly not in so high profile a manner. No one is saying its a big fuss either. Neither is Dr Koukash as he's accepted (ie isn't appealing) the fine.
He did something silly, he's been fined. That's the end of it.
But some Salford fans appear to think he's being singled out by the RFL.

Then don't pretend people are "against" Salford or hoping it'll fail. All most people on this forum have done is use reasonable points to counter some points put forward by some Salford fans.
The top 6/top 4 thing being a good example. It's plainly obvious Salford don't have a top 6 and certainly not a top 4 team. Some Salford fans have, for some reason, taken that as criticism and "wanting Salford to fail" rather than just looking at the Salford team and saying it's not as strong as other teams.
