Catalan kits are usually pretty nice. They're not terrible, just a bit...average.

Clubs that consistently produce nice kits are imho

Trinity
Saints (apart from last year, yuk)
Hull
Leeds

The worst offenders imo are
Cas
Wigan
Hudds (but have got better recently)

Why I don’t know, Wigan are a bit limited colour and design wise but the other two have plenty of options.

Imo Trinity's top have laid a turd on Saints for the past few years. Not sure why I bother because she's as much a saints fan as I am.

Yeah they usually are, and tbh they're similar to what they usually look like, but are jest missing that bit of something, not sure what like.

Ah well, you've tripped yourself up there.

You seem to acknowledge that in the past Trinity have had 'decent' kits, correct?

In which case, nearly all Trinity home kits must have been decent.

You see Trinity are one of the few clubs who have mostly followed the basic rules of successful kit manufacture through the years. A few dodgy moments but basically thus...

Use the same colours, not a version of but the same, which in our case is a strong red (almost crimson), Royal Blue (or very close) and white. Use these on a shirt that either has chevrons or a band of two colours...you just can't go wrong and Trinity rarely has.

I accept its no substitute for winning trophies (no real ones since 1968) but all the same its something we can justifiably be proud of.

I seem to remember them having a main shirt sponsor....something Cronulla Sharks didn't have a few years back.....eh bazza
