the words: p*ssup and brewery spring to mind.

what a complete joke: only in RL would they organise the draw for the last 16 of its premier competition, on a tuesday afternoon in an RAF bunker with no cameras or live feeds to the outside world, then make it impossible to find out what the actual draw is.
