Let Wigan throw their money about as they wish. Hasn't helped them much in SL era!

As a Leeds fan happy to see Tomkins back in SL. None of us have any idea what players are earning but I could see Sam being able to fit under cap regardless of marquee rule or not.

Sam Tomkins will fit under the cap whether the Marquee Signing rule is adopted or not.
If the MS rule does come into force then Wigan's MS might be another player by the name of Sam!
