If it helps sell the game over there and allows them to understand the game, then, why not ?

That was my thoughts too. I'm not trying to be anti-BBC or moaning about the media but if some cycling or gymnastics had had such a potentially game changing event happen I am be certain their would be a correspondent there. Clearly we still have a long way to go as I don't think Toronto vs Oxford could be further from the M62 stereotype that we keep being told holds us back with sponsorship and TV deals.

A Super League with a Canadian side and possibly 2 French sides must surely add a few % to the TV rights?

It would boost the international game too in time.

A 10 minute skim through their social media will give you a much greater insight than me making a list would. i suggest it. Their presence in the city and within the Canadian sports media is massive.
