One thing I will say is that the official stats this year have been dodgy across the board.
Anyone who takes a look at the average gain etc for the players in their own side will have seen several weeks where this has not been done correctly.
There was an attendance figure attached to 3 different games over a 2 week period.
The low attendance at bradford was tweeted but not published. Is this a case of attendances not matching sales??? ie 5k attended but add in season ticketers who did not turn up and the ticket sales made another figure.
It's one thing to put up attendances, I would have no problem doing this myself up or down, but if the usual sources are not reliable then what are we to do. Even I would get fed up with William questioning the figures I used each week. I'm sure Catalan went with one match having 3 differing attendances. Well it's not the OP's fault or who evers fault if the independant reporters can't get the figures right.
I think this also cross into the southern hemisphere this season too as there were questions at one point over meters made by burgess and another player ( I forget who)
I'd be happy to put up a set of figure, but I'm not going to spend hours arguing with William over whether the source is correct or not. If I take them on good faith then that is it, I would not be picking and choosing for any purpose other than to put up the figures.
If I get a moment in the next few weeks I will bang em up and catch up. but quite simply I will be going with just the weekly rounds ie round 1 v round 1. I'm not going to look for equivalent fixtures as come the end of the season they all even out. An I would probably exclude the MM weekend given the arguments over double headers in the WC and just treat it as a stand alone fixture set against last years stand alone fixture.
