True. It's much easier to run 15 metres and smash someone in the face with your forearm.

That'll do it.

You are being ridiculous, LH was chasing the play after being knocked over, he didn't run 15 meters to stick an elbow in flowers face (something which he didn't do anyway, unless your elbow is now your forearm!)

HE PUNCHED HIM IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD

HE DIDNT NUDGE HIM, PUSH HIM, BANG HIM

HE PUNCHED HIM IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD, ALREADY A COWARDLY ACT, BY A COWARDLY PLAYER IN A TEAM OF COWARDS COACHED BY A THUG OF A COACH

NO EXCUSES

Exactly, Ben Flower punched him first at the back of the head from behind. Lance went after him with a swinging arm the rest was the brutal bit.
Don,t know why Ben Flower attacked him from behind in the first place it looked as though he could have been under orders to get Lance at the earliest opportunity and the remainder was red mist.

We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.

Re: Ben Flower : Sun Oct 12, 2014 11:21 am
Thanks flex, but actually they came from a Cas fan.

It was a few pages back.

But it's ok, looks like Flower has Joey Barton in his corner now.

With class like this in your corner it's all good.

I eagerly await this proof you obviously have that Wane instructed this. I can't imagine you'd make something like that up to justify an anti-Wigan agenda...

I hope you have a good legal team with allegations like that.

Because you are desperately trying to show how LH started it, thus trying to excuse the following actions, what preceded the pouch to an unconscious player on the floor is irrelevant, the who started it is irrelevant, if it had stopped with the first punch, you could maybe start the 'who started it' defence .

I didn't say elbow, I said forearm.

Watch Hohaia - after the ball goes up he bounces on his toes watching Flower, and then moves into his path, turning his back as he does so. He gets knocked down, jumped up and sprints at Flower and hits him in the face with his...yes, forearm.

Chasing play? Chasing a big Welshman more like.

Good to know that you think that allegedly calling a player a poof is a far more serious offence than someone punching an already unconscious player in the face, in the GF, going out live on TV to millions across the world.

Your faux outrage at what ZH never even did and your continued trolling, calling for him to be sacked makes your posts in the last 18 hours or so even more of an embarrassment.

After being banned under your old username from RLFans for your "joke" about the holocaust I didn't think you'd be able to sink any lower.

But well done AP, you did it.

Awesome stuff, no really. Guffaw.

Block him? He's stood his ground! He doesn't have to move out of the way, it's up to the player to go around him. Take your Wigan specs off.

Had Flower not tried to banjo a player from behind for having the audacity to be stood on the rugby field, there'd have been no initial reaction.

Hohaia clearly moves into Ben Flower's path, which he is not allowed to do. Flower doesn't have to run around him, he's entitled to continue running in a straight line. Perhaps it's you who needs to take your anti-Wigan specs off

Funny how there's much being made of Wigan fans supposedly defending Flower's punch, when almost everybody else is defending Hohaia's elbow to the face. It's all quite hypocritical.
