It isn't - the outcome of the PI has absolutely no bearing on their own stadium plans.

I shouldn't be surprised really - even the CT Chairman has added his support to the scheme's only statutory objector, so I suppose that sets the tone.

Special Policy Areas as mixed use developments will meet a proportion of the district's housing and employment land requirements. The purpose of the Special Policy Area is the regeneration of the north eastern parts of Castleford.
