They could pay all of it. That’s not the issue, it’s fitting his salary within the cap now they have Leutele and SBW as marquee players.

Leigh fans claiming the success of saints fringe players performing really well this season is just LOL.

Next they will claim the likes of Roby, Lomax, Percival etc who never played in the amateur league was also down to them

The Saints players DID play really well at Leigh. They had a point to prove, and Holbrook was there watching them, most games. Their success had very little to do with Leigh, other than that they seemed happy in the environment. We benefited from having some class, enthusiastic, young well-coached players in our team, and the players/Saints benefited from getting game time in a competitive competition.
