Love the idea. But would see all the best players being poached for this team. Not great for super league

Marwan will have to carry it through on his own if it's to happen. Worryingly, I think this would still apply even if he'd come up with a much better idea.

I think it's a daft idea that only devalues SL and RL as a whole.
I also think it's unworkable.

I'd far rather any money that would be put into this were put into RL in this country, even if that's just Koukash's own money going purely into Salford.

That would be my preference as well, but its not going to happen anytime soon.
If someone is prepared to throw millions around on nrl franchises then at the moment helping France out sound like a better idea to me

He's just been on North West Tonight. We may not all agree with everything he comes out with but you can't knock his comittment.

He was on Radio 5 this morning, and kept reminding Nicky Campbell 'there's only one rugby'.
Love the man's enthusiasm, even if I don't always agree with him.
