No but shouldn't the RFL stepped in and not allowed the Cats move? Just saying should be one rule for all clubs, regardless of the laws of each country.

i agree i'd wish they would stop giving dispensation to all the expansion clubs.

How many overseas players are allowed at each club this year? I'd be suprised if Quins RL still receive dispensation, but I am not sure about Catalan, Celtic and HKR
