hmmm … given that ALL THE BOXES that need ticking mount to one: being one of the 14 best (or possibly 15 or 16 best) applications, measured against a number of factors, including onfield performance, then – once more your scenario doesn''t square with reality

OK so the 14 BEST applications are the 1's currently in SL so theres no promotion for ANOTHER 3 years.

Basicaly a few men sat behind a desk should not be saying whos in and whos out. Let the players and coaches do the talking on the field

If bluesox4evaaa and classycas2009 actually understood the licensing process, then maybe they would be able to construct a better argument against.
