The prop? Big lad IIRC. Don't know how good he is mind. Seems strange as they already have Peacock, Leuluei, Burgess & Bailey - are any of those guys leaving?
Yes, a no thrill metre making prop, just what we needed really. Burgess is the only one rumored to be leaving as far as I know, but I don't know how serious Souths are to signing all the Burgess'. He has Origin games and won the NRL grand final in 2007, so it suggests he has been quality anyway, I don't know if he still is though 3 years on.

you'll be luvky to get him on pitch long enough to find out. very injury prone. Also never scored a try in his senior career
poor signing imo especially as it takes a quota spot.
I'd measure him more on amount of time he spends on pitch and his injury record is shocking tbf.
People said the same about Morrison, but he was still a quality player and just because a player has bad luck with injuries doesn't mean you shouldn't sign them.
Look at how well Kearney has done for us on his first year back after serious injury.
From Hammersmith to the Shire to LA to the world!! Goodbye!

In 2009, Kouparitsas spent the beginning of the season playing NSW Cup for Bulldogs' feeder club, the Bankstown City Bulls. As a result of not playing first grade, a release was sought from the Bulldogs and Kouparitsas signed with the Sydney Roosters prior to round 8. The deal was meant to go ahead weeks earlier, but the Bulldogs pulled out of the deal. At the conclusion of the 2009 season, Kouparitsas has played in two consecutive wooden spoon teams (the Bulldogs in 2008 and then the Roosters in 2009).
