4-7 are also interchangeable given the new players and coaches.
7 - 11 could be in any order. London should do better with Rea in charge. Wakey seem to have improved. Bulls did well last year but will have a much thinner squad in 2013 and a rookie coach.
As for 12-14. Widnes are on an upward curve so may do better than this. Cas have to improve but they lack any real threat in attack apart from Chase. Salford look doomed to finish last judging by the players they've lost and the lack of newcomers.
