There ought to be a way of re-selling these seats if they are not going to be used.

The club Wembley debenture holders have until 10 or 14 days before the match day to decide then they go for resale, that's where the problem lies as most fans will have got their tickets by then.

Except in Rugby League, where the finalists will may not be determined!

The old Wembley, despite being a bit of a dump, had an unexplainable magic. I swear if it was a foggy day you couldn't see over to the other side. I love watching archive footage of the old Wembley, whether it be the Challenge Cup, FA Cup, Freddie Mercury owning Live Aid or Evil Knievel attempting to jump 13 double decker buses. The new one is way too corporate and soulless and has made me feel empty and disappointed on the 2 occasions I've been.

The first time I went to the old Wembley was for the Challenge Cup final in 1992. Think it was Cas and Wigan? My Dad said he watched me all the way as I walked up the steps and over the top into the stadium. He said my mouth dropped open and I just stood and stared across to the other side for about half a minute. I'd challenge any 11 year old kid to feel like that at the new Wembley.

I went to the new Wembley when I was 13, and I gasped when I went to the top row, it's quite amazing. Having been to both, it's obvious which one's better.

My biggest gripe with the new Wembley (at yes it is a random one to have!) is that the TV camera's point at the Club Wembley seats, which are empty for a good 10-15mins after kick off and after half-time.

hopefully the take-up of these seats will decline after the initial 10 year tickets run out, and more seats will be available for normal fans.

The new Wembley is jaw droppingly big, but the atmos is terrible. Give me old Wembley any day.

Thought Belle Vue looked like a well polished turd on tv last night.

It had a great atmosphere half full for England-Australia in the Autumn and the Challenge Cup Finals Wigan and Wire won.

Disagree about Belle Vue too. Think the new stand looked okay.

I'm sure you wouldn't want them to built a spanking new stadium with no atmosphere would you?

I'd like them to at least have a stadium to play in. Belle Vue is a disgraceful dump. Apart from the inflatable giant splayed cat. That was money well spent.

Anyway what new stand?

To the untrained eye it may look like a glorified bike shed, but to our rhubarb waving neighbours it's cutting edge architecture!
