i meant breaking the cap but every one knows most clubs are paying wifes partners stupid money because they are up to the cap so to get the best you pay the best even if it means bending the rules it shouldnt be allowed

so why dont you start with wrighting a letter of complaint to your chairman?
ha says you whos club have broken the salary cap cheated there way to wembley merged with another club over the past ten years you have certainly had your controversy havent you iam sorry but i dont think so
