The only way this would ever work is if they had a home/away kit and then a 3rd for cup competitions and magic weekend like wendyball do with Euro/cup kits. Not saying its best idea and dont think its needed but that would be only way fans would buy them

Or maybe if the clubs did a heritage shirt as the third shirt that would be a fans favourite?
