Nah we save our 'cup finals' v saints to actual cup finals or play off semi finals..they haven't beaten us in a big game in living memory. Keep trying though eh?

It's a shame those pesky other teams keep beating you isn't it.
I've never seen a 4 point victory celebrated with such smugness before. You lot will be especially Liverpool fan-esque when you finally do win a title.

If it ever does happen let's hope that the same as with Liverpool, no fans get to see them win it, there's no parade and only about 1% of their fanbase see them play as champions

He's right though isn't he. If we'd have faced Saints in them Grand Finals instead of Wigan or Leeds we'd have 3 Grand Finals now.
When was the last time Saints actually beat us in a game that mattered?

There haven't been many over the years to be fair.
These quirks exist in sport, especially RL. Imagine if Bradford could have beaten St Helens in big games, how many trophies they'd be on now. Or if Saints could beat Leeds. We'd have 13 titles then instead of only 8

And wouldn't have bottled it 5 times in a row.
Ps - they beat you in 4 not 5 so it would be 12 titles
Is it? How many times have they won at Saints in Super League?
How many times have they won SL? Never.
This happens every season. They have their best game all season, we have our worst and they beat us by a try. Their fans are in raptures how it’s finally their year. Our fans are like “meh”and then end of the season comes and yet again the wolfs are no nearer winning SL.
But hey, they beat the winners of SL once so let’s celebrate that.
