After the Tonga vs Australia match, it is clear. Valentine Holmes is the best winger in the world in 2018 by a big margin. His ability to score tries is freakish.

Jermaine McGillvary and Ryan Hall are not even close.

Only Dallin Watene-Zelesniak can come close to Holmes.

This is a RL forum people have opinions you can either agree with them or disagree with them. Or you can ignore them.

Whether you like it or not some people regard it as an a topic for discussion.

Every. Time you complain about the posters motives etc you derail the thread.

Valentine Holmes 2018 club record - Played 10 games, scored 7 tries

Ethan Ryan 2018 club record - Played 30 games, scored 36 tries

So just on try scoring along, Ethan Ryan is a better winger and a more consistent try scorer

Greg Eden has 48 tries in 43 appearances for Castleford.
Is there (or has there been) anyone in the NRL or SL with a better tries:games ratio?

Not in NRL or SL though.
Think he holds the record for scoring a try in the most consecutive games.
