Defeated USA 16-10 to qualify. Great result for them. Full match replay: https://www.facebook.com/RugbyLeagueJam ... 404909379/

Some might look at this as being harsh but I think it's fair. When are the Rugby League going to stop persisting with this fantasy expansion. If it hasn't worked by now, it never will! I'm all for reaching out to a wider audience with our game but not at the expense of historical clubs in the homelands.

Interesting result. Jamaica had too many professionals and semi-professionals for the USA.

If only the two nations could develop some home grown professional players. On this display they will both be smashed in the World Cup not only by the top nations, but also by the second tier nations like PNG.
Toulouse for Championship in 2017, Super League in 2021!

Avignon for Championship in 2021, Super League in 2022!

Thrilled for the Jamaicans, who barely have two dollars to rub together for their domestic game. Let's hope this will produce more funding and commercial deals. They certainly have the raw talent. Their target for this World Cup will be the third tier nations, like France.

France is a second tier nation and it will smash Jamaica.

USA Hawks 19-man squad:
Nick Newlin (Atlanta Rhinos), Ryan Burroughs (Barrow Raiders), Brandon Anderson, Jamil Robinson (Brooklyn Kings), Jerome Veve (Burleigh Bears), Haveatama “Joel” Luani (Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs), Chris Wiggins (Delaware Black Foxes), Bureta Faraimo (Hull FC), Kyle Grinold, David Washington (Jacksonville Axemen), Chris Frazier (NOVA Eagles), Kyle Denham (Philadelphia Fight), Andrew Kneisly (Philadelphia Fight), Cory Makelim, Mark Offerdahl (Sheffield Eagles), Connor Donehue (Sunshine Coast Falcons), Joe Eichner (Junee Diesels), Danny Howard (Wentworth Magpies), Kristian Freed (Wests Mitchelton)

Dunno their final line-up, nor Jamaica's although BJB & Ash Golding played for the latter.
