Personally, I think he would have comfortably made the top four with Fev, but for a crippling injury list, and the consequent reliance on scraps offered by their DR partner - Leeds.
Utter tosh. The 'crippling' injury crisis didn't kick in until the end of the regular season. As for losing the 1st choice halfbacks, their replacements were no mugs, having been the ones who'd helped Fev make top 4 the previous 2 seasons. Some of Duffy's in game decisions were the real reason, his substitution of hooker by numbers being the most obvious one during the game against 'fax at the Bash.
