KR v FC will always be the one that divides a city and the families within it but in fairness it's been generally between mid table sides and doesn't always have the quality of Saint v Wigan who are normally top 4 sides so I can see both sides of it.. Recently iv enjoyed the Cas v Wakey dust ups and as a neutral i can just watch without the fear of losing like I will have pre Friday lunch. Think Wakey and Cas will be great tomorrow night with both teams hit by injury it could level the game nicely? Hemmings bowing out with Saints and Wigan is fair enough, Hope they wheel out Stevo to join him one last time.

Likewise I prefer as a neutral the hull derby. Been some classics at magic over the years. Not to mention the 20 0 down comeback, the win on the buzzer by KR this year.

I think it could be a quality game again this time round.

Hemmings is probably gutted the bbc have chosen to televise Leeds’ cup final on saturday 11th May.

It wouldn't surprise me if Stevo put in an appearance, in fact I'd be a bit disappointed if he didn't, love 'em or hate 'em they've been the voice of RL on TV for the last 30 years or so. End of an era

I would guess Stevo will be there as he was at the Salford Hull game walking round the pitch with Salfords 1970's winning Championship side and celebrating Steve Nash's 70th.

Indeed. They've both given a hell of a service to the sport. Both done plenty of charity work for RL too.

Eddie will be a big miss. He's a superb commentator who brought excitement to the sport.

Far too many people get upset if he gets a call wrong (it's not as easy as people think, commentating)

I think Eddie's probably been let down with SKY having far too many voices in the box and Eddie having to spend more time getting them all equally involved rather than calling the game in front of him. It should have just been him and a summariser and it would be so much better. Also I think the products fallen dramatically in the last few years which hasn't helped.

He will be a miss and I wish him a healthy and happy retirement.

I wish him well, but he wont be missed, much like Stevo, way past the job now. Hope he takes the rest pf the "commentary" team with him too.
