His one and only interest beside making money is MUFC

Can't he love rugby league, but not love Salford?

They should release the actual amount. The secrecy is unnecessary.

they won't release attendances unless they want to....I doubt we'll know how exceptional this is until they release their accounts.....by which stage we'll have forgotten the "spin"we swallowed.....like the record attendance for a weekend.......which we couldn't beat last weekend when we had one game with nearly 45% of that record...

JESUS WEPT :WALL: HOW MANY TIMES?????
£20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000.
The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.

There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them. :BEAT:

That's what I was saying - that I think SL wants to have a 14 club league but understandably not right now, when it would mean splitting the same money among more teams.

I imagine Fred won't want the details sharing as he sponsors a number of sports and releasing details could potentially cause him problems if other sports start demanding whatever he has paid us.

Scrap that Multi Millioaire tag I've never really looked into his wealth before but it's safe to say he is a bilionaire. And interestingly whilst "Rugby League Fan" Done has never helped us out with a single dime the second richest dude in the region John Wittaker the Chairman of "Peel Holdings" joint owners of Salford's stadium with Salford City Council has also helped with not one dime.

Their choice of coarse but don't give me that "Rugby League Fan" BULLS*IT !!

These are the richest people in Greater Manchester and Cheshire

2. John Whittaker (property mogul)
Worth: £2.25bn

3. Fred and Peter Done (betting tycoons)
Worth: £1.35bn

Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything.

Annoying isn’t it. Trinity have similar issues though ours are not billionaires to be fair. They all talk the talk but it took a bloke from Hull to walk the walk.
