A cracking opening fixture for magic. Catalan in great form and will go in as favourites but, Trinity, with players finally coming back after injury, plus a couple of new players, will be wanting to show that they can get their season back on track. Hopefully Catalan wont travel too well and Trinity can sneak a win in a close game.

Hopefully Catalans do travel well and Wakey are determined to bounce back from last week. Given the poor ticket sales, apathy for the ground/city selection and not really the most interesting looking fixtures in Magic history then we could do with a really great game to start things off with which we certainly could get if we see BOTH teams better versions of themselves.

Yeah this could definitely be one of the best games of the weekend. I'm expecting a high scoring game as both teams throw it about (cue 8-8 draw ) and neither team particularly good defensively (putting it politely!). Not even gonna try and predict the winner tbh as SHOULD be too close to call. Both teams capable of blowing the other away tho if they're "on it". 6-8 points either way for me... let's say 36-28.

Yeah Pyke and Cummins have no clue between them he shouted play on and Lynn played the ball the useless double act of Pyke/Cummins said the penalty was for moving off the mark.
I'm already lost for words on how bad they are.
