Great for Salford though they were the only team who looked like beating our near full strength team convincingly in the Superleague rounds, in fact if they had played a Wigan or Warrington in the Final they most likely would be 2019 Superleague Champions by now.

I think you may be right that if we played anyone else we may have probably won.
The reason Salford got more inches in the media is due to the simple fact of the backstory. Saints waltzed comfortably into the GF. Journos could drag out lots of different stories from Salford's achievement whereas it was Saints clinical nature that offered less 'interest' stories in the media.
