Cheers for managing to hijack a simple thread on what Toulouse is like ladies. Waste of time.
It wasn't I who hijacked the thread. I was the first to respond to your post with what I thought might be helpful, and certainly relevant, advice.
It was the mean spirited resident of Wellington, New Zealand, who subsequently attacked me without provocation, and then a couple fans of the lesser clubs began to pile on.
If I can be of further help with your request for advice on Toulouse, don't be afraid to ask and I will try to oblige.

Everyone enjoys a bit of banter but, it's not great that a genuine question cant be asked without the spiteful schoolyard stuff.
I believe that Leeds will be playing at the RU Stadium, which is much larger than the actual Toulouse home ground (which has 4000 capacity) and I'm not sure how many other clubs have played there. However, Toulouse itself, is a decent City, 3rd largest in France, similar in some ways to Leeds but, usually warmer.
If you want something cheap in a decent location, the Kyriad Hotel fit's the bill nicely and there is a sports bar accross the road, who will stick Super League on, if that is what you want but, there are plenty of places to stay, eat and drink. Get the tram from the airport into the city - it's cheap and quicker that waiting for a taxi.

Toulouse is actually the 4th largest city in France, behind Paris, Lyon and Marseilles. I regard it as much more interesting and enjoyable than Leeds, in terms of the arts and quality restaurants.
For a cheap and convenient hotel, you cannot go past the Ibis Gare Matabiau, which is located across the street from the main train station. There is a bus which goes directly from the Toulouse airport to the terminus outside the train station. Ibis Gare Matabiau is, as are Ibis hotels everywhere, small, clean and very basic. But if you want a better quality hotel you will have to pay more.
Toulouse has a metro, which will get you around town, but not to the rugby stadium. To get to Stade Ernest Wallon (capacity 19,000) from the centre of Toulouse, you will need to take a taxi.

You just can't resist can you....'having a dig'. No reason whatsoever for you to say that. You like the attention that you create, don't pretend otherwise.
Please, please stop quoting the false frog’s repetitive, provocative bile, I have blocked him but he keeps turning up in quotes. He obviously has special dispensation for his insults towards a few clubs and their fans but it is killing the group.
