Couple of months to go and it looks like Catalans have no local TV deal and Toronto won't be getting any SKY cash, so it's doubtful we will see their home games on the main broadcast partner platform either, so does this mean we will get more Leeds/Saints/Wigan/Wire games, or will SKY take the opportunity to spread the coverage across the 10 UK based home grounds?
We need to sort out the broadcast rights in the next few months, because if, as I suspect we get the usual suspects on TV week in week out, any other broadcaster is going to get the impression that we are a 4 team comp with no interest in the sport outside that. |
