Finally these fools have seen the light and got rid of this leach Noble. How on earth this bloke has been able to steal a good living for many years on the back of a few years success at Bradford is beyond me. He is an expert of overspending and coming up with absolutely nothing. Every club or job he has had since Bradford he has made a complete hash of and yet these fools keep queuing up to give him another overpaid job. His comments today about the success of Toronto under during his time.....what a croc of crap. He put together a team of Highly paid Full time super League and NRL Players/rejects and played them in League 1 and the championship against part time players and sees that as a great achievement - What a joke this bloke is. He could not manage a hump in a brothel and the sooner he is out of the game the better. He is known in the game for screwing over everyone and is a leach.

What a daft thoughtless comment. It's so easy to kick someone when they are down.

Has it not occurred to you and all the others slagging Noble off that he had the very hard job ofPLAYER DEVELOPMENT & RECRUITMENT

Has it not occurred to you and several others on here and most of TotalRL.com that the Wolfpack failed to stimulate any junior of grassroots Rugby League in Canada, despite them climbing the league ladder here to the top division. It's no good talking about 25 years time when there is absolutely zero interest in RL in Canada and Union have every rugby loving Canadian kid tied up except Ngwati. There is no work to do for Nobby simple as that.

As for recruitment how can he recruit anyone when every penny possible is now spent, probably for this year and next as a number of players were signed to the end of the TV deal in September 2021. It's not that TWP can ask Nobby to bring in better players for next season. You know Steph....The season when you think TWP will have acclimatised to Superleague and can kick on and win it?

It was excrutiatingly hard for Noble to get players interested in the American dream and tens of thousands of miles travelling and living out of a suitcase. What few players were happy to do it were only happy if they were heavily overpaid. So who is left to actually sign, apart from the odd misfit like Gigot? Over to you Steph?.

Well I would guess that some people may swallow that, do you? Do you Wrencat?

TWP are demonstrating....

a. It's a fact nobody wants to play grass roots RL in Canada and only Union has a set up for a junior RU game there, plus TWP say they aren't even going to try to develop any players.

b. Not many pro-players want to play in Canada whether Toronto or Ottawa. What few did, have gone there in exchange for contracts worth a small fortune each.

c. Toronto's investment is to date many many $$$Millions spent and heavily in debt to the tune of many $$$Millions.

Carney is an astute guy bound to say only positive things about the game even though he knows there will be no Ottawa. However I may have missed Perez signing up players for their League one bid next year? Anyone seen anything?? I know a few have dreampt quite a lot of things.....

I have already said how TWPP are doing it is flawed, I just don't bore people to death with obsessively repeating myself and grinding an obvious axe with TotalRL. The fact Sadler's opinion means so much to you is a little sad.

Congratulations on getting the words WORK and NOBBY in the same sentence.
He works so hard for Toronto that he is able to spend so long with the BBC.
He is a favourite with the RFL that whenever they speak to 'wealthy' new club owners - he gets the gigs.
Moss and Roberts at Crusaders,Wrexham. But leaves when it seems they aren't spending any money.
Koukash at Salford - then,of course,Toronto.
His ability for player recruitment and development shown perfectly while at Salford.
He recruits Smith from Wakefield and Chase from Castleford.
He releases Sneyd and Fages - these 2 go on to Finals, and silverware at Hull FC and St Helens.
Smith and Chase succumb to alcohol and other drugs.
Toronto happened to sign lots of players from Leigh,as Rowley was head coach, and it was McDermott who met with and signed SBW.
Noble, while with his friends in mainstream media, talked about turning grid iron, and other athletes, into rugby league players.
It,and he,don't seem to have worked.
