Leigh have already signed a team capable of being competitive in Superleague. If Bradford were waiting for a 'golden ticket' are there enough players left to assemble a squad capable of competing?.
Plenty of OOC players at most clubs, plus the usual smattering of "Aussies".
Whoever gets the official nod and it may not be Bradford, will have relatively little time to act.
Perhaps, if Fev as "next best" club (having been runners up in last seasons lay off final), had been given the nod, as soon as Toronto were rejected, they may have had more time to act.
With how this charade has been put together, in theory, the new SL club wont have enough time, although, it's reasonable to expect that squad strength and recruitment would have been part of the application process, for EVERY candidate.
