Can a forward pass be intercepted or is the play dead as soon as the pass is thrown?
If the pass is intercepted cleanly then play goes on. If the pass is knocked on in attempting the interception the forward pass is given. If the pass is knocked back in attempting the interception and touched by the opposition a forward pass is given.
Probably depends on whos reffing what day it is and which side of the bed they got out of.
I actually thought that forward passes were ok this season and thought that it may have been another "improvement" in the rules, like the "ball steal" .
Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say there is more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe.
