With the rivals round beginning tomorrow night in West Yorkshire with the Trinity taking on the Tigers at the Jungle a colleague and myself had a discussion regarding the best grounds in Superleague for atmosphere.

Top 3

1.Sewell Group Craven Park. Hull
2. The Mend-A-Hose Jungle. Castleford
3 Leigh Sports Village. Leigh

Bottom 3

1. The John Smiths Stadium. Huddersfield
2. MKM Stadium. Hull
3. AJ Bell Stadium. Salford

You got Castleford as 2nd, well right now I’ve heard more noise at a funeral in this game on now.

Hull and castleford the best atmospheres lmao. I went to hull last season and cas this season and they are like a morgue.

Considering Castleford Tigers v Wakefield Trinity was a “Derby” the atmosphere was non existent.
I stand corrected in my previous posts stating the Jungle was a good atmosphere.
Very poor atmosphere for the West Yorkshire Derby.
