Couple of questions (which I'm sure will be asked in some form or another anyway) if someone wouldn't mind doing the honours for me.
Two serious for Matt Parish:
1. Origin is the pinnacle of our game. There are obvious differences in terms of coaching an Origin side versus coaching a club side (time frame, quality of players etc.) but what does Matt feel he can apply from his time with NSW to coaching at Salford (if anything).
2. What style of game does Matt see us playing, eg. like Wigan or Huddersfield? Or a more British style?
Two for fun:
3. If Matt could bring one player from the NRL to play for Salford, who would it be?
4. How relieved is Matt that he doesn't have to face/get beat by Queensland three times a season now (Go Maroons)?
Two questions for Steve Simms:
1. Director of Rugby is the most criticised and arguably misunderstood role at the Club, what will the DOR role involve over the next few years with MP as Head Coach and how is this different (if at all) than with previous HCs?
2. Aside from having a nicer venue to play in and hopefully bigger crowds, what benefits will Barton bring to the playing squad (if any)?
Cheers.
