Moon being rested is slightly worrying, hope he's not going to be injury prone as whenever you see him he looks a class above ALA DJ in his forst season.
Oh & let's crank up the volume nice & early! Tonight is gonna be a massive test & one we're unlikely to win even if we play out of our socks. Don't get me wrong, we can win this game but realistically Leeds will be just that bit better in all departments (well they must be WC champa for a reason ). Let's just look for a good performance & back the lads to the hilt (even if we're getting tonked!). Any newbies there tonight will be that impressed by our vocal support they might forget we've won jack poop since dinosaurs roamed the earth and will want to come back for the Wigan match!
I've had 20 years of watching (in the main) a load of poop..... the good times are just around the corner so let's do our bit as fans to lift the boys to the next level! RED ARMY!!!
From the club on Facebook: Bit of extra fun tonight with it being St Patrick's Day this weekend...we have an Irish band on the South Stand concourse, pipers outside the stadium and Guinness Hats being doled out. The team will also be playing in the green kit this evening... fiddle de de Sounds like fun, eh?
I am still in the States and will unfortunately miss tonights game. I have had a whole week of stupid hats, everything green (including the beer) corned beef and cabbage and St Patricks day parades with people whose only affiliation to Ireland is that they probably had a pint of Guinness once. So "fun" is definitely not a word I would put with any other Paddys day celebration
The Under 20's game will be between 2 of only 3 unbeaten sides in the league.(St Helens being the other) Leeds top - unbeaten in 4 - Reds 4th,unbeaten in 3.
Good stuff from BMD, especially after the Pie arrogance last week.
Looking forward to visiting the new stadium and to both games tonight. Just hoping I can get out of the car park before midnight.
