Not necessarily!

In the short term, yes it is good news. Long term, I doubt it.

I am very grateful to MK for the last 4 years (2013, '14, '15, '16). Without him, we wouldn't have a club at all. However, we need a change of ethos. We need a lot of new players for next season. Who is going to attract good players to Salford? I fear we will only attract more like Chase, Locke, Smith and the crock, Vidot. In other words, we'll have more nonsense and less team bonding. Hey ho! No one said it would be easy following Salford, and it certainly hasn't been!

New owners needed, desperately.

Which players do we want to keep for SL next year and who for the c/ship? Also do we need some experienced rugby heads recruiting, CEO, Director of football both to keep things organised?

Thoughts anyone?

I am prepared to watch my team complete at a lower level, however I don,t think I can stomach another year of MK style of running a business. I have my own business & all businesses need structure a balanced forum of people who know what there roles are, I am not sure I can or will support a club any longer with the man with his own bat & ball Dangling & playing with words to suit. This club is not a play thing it as over 100 years of history & anyone who takes the mantle as an heavy responsibility.
