Well that was simply not good enough,for your own coach to say the other team wanted it more is very worrying!and Michael platt?!jeez that's embarrassing,the way the widnes winger beat him to that kick was awful and this is someone Harris brought in!

We were terrible. Ref was terrible too, and despite how bad we were I felt we could have still won if one or two more calls went our way.

Missed mullaney and Johnson big time, without them we have no pace. I'd take mullaney over eden any day of the week.

If we had pace on the wings we could have scored more, several times our wingers were away but it was embarrassing how fast they were run down.

Tasi, hock, Hansen, chase, smith & tommy lee seemed to want it more than most from what I saw...from a lot of the others they didn't seem too interested or just weren't playing well enough for whatever reason.

New faces, same old Salford.

At least we played well for 10 minutes...if only we could bring it together for 80.

And I'm sure tommy lee was robbed with his second cobversion! He did alright kicking today & you could see how much he wanted it rushing those last 2 conversions.

thing is though, he got back , stole the ball , and bentham awarded widnes a penalty which they scored there 2nd try from , barmy .

Not making excuses but the new team hadn't clicked under Noble and then we bring Harris in who has obviously changed things. In the short term this won't help the players. A team with stability and understanding beat us today and nothing more.

it a shame the last 10 mins where not the full 80 mins it is worrying to see a squad of players looks so uninterested

all standing around , no one running on to the ball , no one backing up, only a few players looked like they wanted to win, hock being one of the best players on the park

chase had one of them days where nothing was working so let just pass the ball to the next man but this was expected of chase

the speed of platt when running back to have the widnes winger skip past him it was like slow motion credit for managing to tackle him tho

expected more from meli near the end being a ex saints player who has been involved in many last second try's to just look clueless when the ball came to him thinking the game was over because the hooter went

would not be to bad if we where seeing improvements but there is something going on behind closed doors

I'm sick of watching us cough up possession and make basic mistakes. We gifted Widnes, as we did with Huddersfield last week 90% of their points today. Certain players need a long hard look at thereselves. Gleeson and Platt would have been taken apart by most Championship teams today.

you cant buy a team some players are only there for the cash and was most surprised that we had more fans there than you the good doc aint happy on twitter maybe he is beginning to realise he bought the wrong club

Yes we are having to field a few players way past their best this year thanks to Noble. It's nothing that can't be improved upon with a few new signings for next year and some time for Harris to mould the team.

Criticising the players on Twitter isn't going to turn them into a team of world beaters next week.
