Has Scanners been banned or something? 2 days this thread has been around and not a single comment from our favourite naysayer.

Yesterday's game was billed as a 'new stadium party' but there wasn't really any mention of it that I heard. Still, a good way to celebrate nonetheless

will this be televised announcment,and if so who will be doing it, not the BBC i bet seeing as we didnt even get a mention on tonights north west programme.

Driving home in thankfully quite slow traffic tonight and haveing a decent look at the site something occured to.

there seems to be a small brook running through the site on the canal side and then to the right of this there seems to be a much higher elevated section of land, are they going to re route the brook and them level the land out totally flat??. Never noticed the height difference before.

Let's just hope if there is an announcement soon that there are detailed plans so we can have a look at the new stadium.
