Have you started on the source already mate, in the past 10 years we average just over 3k against Quins/London and the biggest was just over 4k, if we beat that then we've done well but looking at the Cas crowd last week I suspect around 3k again.

The last time we beat one of the teams around us in the league at home was vs Celtic on 14th Feb 09, and even that was the first game of the season so doesn't really count. Would be good to see a decent performance on Friday rather than just turning it on against the bigger clubs.

Surely that should be "bad news, good news" KOTS? Re-signing Cashmere would be a massive boost and you can see how much the team have missed his physical presence while he's been injured.

Big game on Friday. Both teams on losing runs and both conceding points for fun, this match could decide who ends the season 2nd bottom (assuming Les Froggies don't buck their ideas up). If we can tighten up defensively and get in front early then I'd expect us to come away with the win.

'Training the house down' usually preceeds a good tonking whenever it's been used by our coaches in the past. Let's hope you're right
