I know he tipped Salford as GF winners this season, but it's nothing short of an embarrassment how far up the backsides of Salford Phil Clarke is during his commentaries of your games.

Even last night when it was obvious the game was up, he was chirping sh*te about Salford having 'the players and the time to get back into the game'.

Worst pundit on Sky...and that's saying something.

Mugwump mocking mental illness for a second time -

"You are mentally ill and I can't indulge your madness any more"

Utter disgusting abusive remark from a keyboard warrior

Do you carry on offering them less money than they can get elsewhere and bank on loyalty, watching a slow drip of talent moving to Union where they can earn more cash, or do you look at ways of keeping that talent in the game without putting the clubs in financial risk? Whether the marquee signing is the way to go, or whether there's another way around it, is up for sensible discussion and hopefully the clubs will discuss it sensibly. Dismissing it so bluntly gets us nowhere.

As for the U21s, I think it should have been kept as well, but I do wonder if you've used it as a rod against any other club, or if it's just convenient to use in your blind rage and hatred towards Koukash.

Nowt to do with him being a scapegoat, he just really isn't good enough.

We really, really weren't.

The amount injured seems to be going up throughout this thread ... Started with 3, then to 5, then 6 and now 6 in key positions - I sense the start of a 4 Yorkshireman sketch! ;)

We won as many games away last year as we did at home, its not just fantastic on plastic, Annnnnnnnnnnnd Cahill, O'carroll, Phelps, Ah Van, Kavanagh and Carberry all missing last night so we had our fair share of injuries as well.

I know getting all the media attention lines us up for some abuse from the opposition supporters, but this is ridiculous. Your comment about how much we've dared to discuss the game is completely over the top, it's not like there's some rule being enforced by Stalin that states, "you must not have more 12 pages to discuss one match."

So a Widnes fan thinks we only played well when they were playing badly, shock horror! He didn't seem to notice we played badly when Howarth was on the pitch, and the second half changed when Sau went off. Sau, incidentally, was making good meters every time he got the ball in that second half.

Nobody will argue hat you were the better team over the 80 minutes, this was down to your better control of the ruck and Salford losing concentration on the last tackle. Your best second rower was Danny Tickle, however, he was totally eclipsed by Walton and Hansen, and only Phil Joseph stood out from your props. Your boys will be black and blue all over today, and it will be interesting to see if they can back it up next week.
