Seems Ming the merciless is quite adapt at liquidating and disolving companies, a simple check at director check freely gives this information.

Did it say who was holding it up and by the sounds of things from what your saying this now does not look very good and I can't see this happening to be honest. Salford city council and peel seem to be sticking there heels in. Sorry you can see this ain't going to happen

I have no horses in this race (pardon the pun) but I often stalk this board as I live in Manchester and go to watch Salford every now and then with a pal of mine.

When you thought Salford were going to slide into oblivion you were clearly loving it but trying to come across like you were concerned. Now things are looking up, unquestionably so compared to what they were looking like 10 days ago, you're trying to raise doubts about Koukash and/or his takeover.
