The question is can we afford to lose one of our main squad for half a season. I know it's not a pivotal position (such as when we lost Hock and Chase), but we were probably expecting a high return from this guy's to probably a fair chunk of cap. Sheens and Koukash have stated we have room on the cap, so why not bring some one else in doesn't have to be a marque.
If it was only a couple of months I'd ride it out but half a season of a vital quota spot is a different matter entirely.
The rumour going around the twittersphere is that he's torn a pec - presumably in training since arrival? If so then I guess that's just the luck of the draw....... Of course being Salford if it wasn't for bad luck we'd have no luck at all!!

The fans, the members, the people there.. from the day I stepped foot onto that field at the AJ Bell Stadium,I knew I would love that club for the rest of my life. "Jackson Hastings"..
Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything.

One likes people much better when they're battered down by a prodigious siege of misfortune than when they triumph.
........................................... meanwhile over at Leeds after all the hardwork of lifting three trophys they are misfortunate enough to add "another" current England International to their ranks.
I know we are all disappointed with this news but having time to reflect you have to feel sympathy for the lad. It must be an extremely painful injury and I'm sure he would have been eager to start his new career with us on a high. It makes you feel like the club is cursed at times but surely our fortune has to change for the better soon. It's up to Greg Johnson or MCB now to grad this opportunity with both hands and show their value to this club.
