Everytime there's a big jackpot on the Euro Millions I put on a ticket and think to myself, 'If I win, I'm going to buy the club and pay Morley to play for us.' Unfortunately, he's not getting any younger and I feel like time is running out on that pipe dream.

Seriously though.

That would be the biggest signing the club could make!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mind might be playing tricks on me, but I think he signed a contract extension with the dirty scousers. On the other hand, as already mentioned leading his hometown team out in their last season at the Willows and hopefully the first at our new ground might be too appealling for him to turndown.

When you consider the amount of connection he has in Salford, I really doubt a story that big could be kept quiet!!!!

Doesn't he go to a few Salford games now and then? I re call him being at the Willows a couple of seasons a go and some fans had a smoke bomb I think it was if my memory is correct they let it off and he walked off and said "Typical Salford people, there all the same," even though hes from Salford himself

It's the Pakistani cricket team (altho' they'd be pushed with some of our refs) OR Bees Roux of Blue bulls RL (God knows what would the papers said had it been a RL payer).
