Thats what we need as a club if we are too continue to move forward, its more down to the attitude of the individual player who thinks

as a job, im lucky i have one, ill do my bit not looking to improve because ive achieved elsewhere just go though the motions, ill have a few beers but ill do enough when it matters to get another contract" it looks with the last batch and rumoured signings to come the whole mentality of the playing staff is beging to change and move forward thankfully which will bring success in the future.
