Leigh to meet other parts of the criteria will need a final crowd of 5482 to push their average crowd upto 2500 from the present 2169, so it looks like the criteria has been drawn up to suit Widnes, so no other team need apply.

just looked at the new plans the stadium will have 100,000 capacity with 80,000 seats each with its own tv set and fridge for action replays and beers, Pizzas and other food delights will be delivered by young maidens to your seat, each chair will have a massaging function and fans to keep the fan cool during the hot summer temperatures.

The architectural plans would suggest that there will be no standing on the touchlines. Instead, there will be standing behind the sticks
