A 52 week build as is promised could extend a great deal if we have a winter as bad as last years. Though we could always get Smithy blowing copious amounts of hot air over the site to thaw it should that happen
I noticed other clubs are quoting 48 weeks build time for their new stadia. I'd imagine the contractor will have a contingency plan to avoid having to pay late completion penalty fee's. I heard the other day that the main contractor will be announced in mid October and that building work is scheduled to start in less than 8 weeks time!
