just wondering why nobody has expressed a view about Fridays game. Have these boards finally got too much for people and if so where have we all gone.

Cheers Solly..just been over and registered. These boards have been hard work over the past few months. Sad to see there abandonment but it did feel i was intruding on some private arguments whenever i logged in.

Deviltalk was set-up because regular posters here were jacking it in due to arguments, and certain posters hijacking every thread. Plus the lurkers and 'new' fans were simply intimidated or thought better of participating here. Another place was needed that wasn't as toxic where fans could just chat about stuff without constant berating.

More proactive moderation. If people are going to be bell-ends to each other then it'll get nipped in the bud.

The trouble we had before was that our Mods were rarely around (Not a dig at them, we all have real life and finite time) Until Mintball reappeared nothing was done. Now that they are banned it's a little too late and most have gone over to that site.
